“ACTIVA CARDS”

This document of legal terms and conditions (“Legal Terms and Conditions”) ─ consisting of (a) “Specific Terms and Conditions” and (b) “General Terms and Conditions” ─ sets out the rules governing your participation in the Campaign.

Please read this document carefully before participating. Your participation in the Campaign implies that you accept and agree to comply with all of the Legal Terms and Conditions.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

What is the territorial scope of the Campaign?	Cameroon, Ghana, Guinea Conakry, Ivory Coast, Republic Democratic of Congo.

What are the dates for participation?	Start date 1 December 2025 End date: 30 June 2026 (until 23:59) GMT time zone.
What do I need to do to participate?	Go to the campaign website and fill out the online registration form providing your name, email address and telephone number. Play the matching cards game in which players have 30 seconds to match the cards with the busts of players and their corresponding clubs. Twenty cards will be displayed to make ten pairs.
Is there a limit on the number of entries per person?	Yes, the same person can only participate once a day.
What is the prize?	The prize is an official ball from LALIGA EA Sports (FIFA Quality).
How many winners will be selected?	Four balls will be awarded each month during the seven months of the campaign, for a total of 28.
When and how will the winner be selected?	The winners will be the top four players in the game rankings at the end of the month. The rankings are determined based on the milliseconds it takes to participate. In the event of a tie, the rankings will be determined by the date of participation.
How will the winner be notified?	ACTIVA GROUP will contact the winners via email and/or telephone to confirm their status as winners and request additional information in order to deliver the prize.
How will the prize be sent?	By post to the address provided by the winners at their residence in one of the territories covered by the Campaign.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Organiser:
1. LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L. ("LALIGA"), with Tax ID No. B- B05421805 and registered office at Calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043, Madrid, is the organiser and promoter of the Campaign, in collaboration with * ("ACTIVA GROUP").
Purpose:
1. Through this promotional campaign (the "Campaign"), we aim to promote LALIGA products and/or services by giving participants who meet the requirements the prize described in these Legal Terms and Conditions (the "Prize").
2. This Campaign is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to participate, except, where applicable, for the purchase of the services that are the subject of the promotion.
Participants:
1. Any natural person residing in the territory covered by the Campaign who is over 18 years of age or the age of majority in their country of residence, if higher, may participate.
2. Employees, directors and advisors of LALIGA, as well as their direct collaborators, such as agencies involved in the execution of the Campaign, and first-degree relatives of the aforementioned groups, may not participate or be awarded a Prize.
3. We may verify your identity, age and compliance with the conditions set out in these Legal Terms and Conditions through official documents (ID card, foreign resident ID card, passport, etc.) at any time, including before and during the awarding of the Prize.
4. We may also verify compliance with the terms and conditions of use of the social networks or platforms through which you participate in the Campaign (where applicable). If you breach the terms and conditions of use of social networks or platforms, or provide false identity details or information, you will be immediately disqualified and will be required to return the Prize if it has already been awarded to you.
5. Entries that are incorrect, incomplete, submitted after the deadline or that do not comply with the requirements of these Legal Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
6. You agree not to use any method of entry that violates these Legal Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to disqualify, at our sole discretion, any entry that (i) manipulates or attempts to manipulate the Campaign; (ii) violates these Legal Terms and Conditions; (iii) abuses, threatens or harasses any other participant or third party; and/or (iv) has been generated by automation, scripts or any other type of fraudulent use. LALIGA also reserves the right to take legal action against any persons who carry out any act that could be considered manipulation of the Campaign.
Publication of content by participants:
1. If your participation requires the publication of comments, photographs, videos or other types of content, your participation must meet the following requirements: (i) be related to the theme of the Campaign; (ii) be original and not infringe the rights of third parties; (iii) not display content that could be considered offensive or defamatory; (iv) not include brands or refer to products or services from companies other than LALIGA, its clubs or sponsors; (v) be suitable for all audiences and not infringe the law, morality or public order, in particular it may not be sexually explicit or vulgar; (vi) not include or reveal personal data such as telephone numbers or addresses; and (vii) not include or evoke the image or name of other people without their authorisation. LALIGA is not responsible for any failure by participants to comply with these requirements and reserves the right not to publish or to remove comments or content that do not comply with these conditions.

Prize:
1. The Prize will be awarded to the winner on a personal basis and may not be transferred or assigned to third parties, either free of charge or for a fee.
2. The Prize cannot be exchanged for another prize or for its cash value. The winner may waive the Prize, but in no case will they receive any compensation or indemnification.
3. We reserve the right to replace the Prize with another of similar value if, for reasons beyond our control, the Prize is not available during the promotional period.
Notification of the winner and delivery of the Prize:
1. We may contact the winner to inform them of their status as winner, confirm that they meet the conditions of participation, and request the necessary information/documentation to deliver the Prize. The winner must accept the Prize and send all the required documentation/information within a maximum period of two (2) working days (unless another period is indicated in the communication received) to the address provided. LALIGA accepts no responsibility for persons who have not responded within the deadline.
2. In order to obtain the Prize, we may ask the winner to sign a letter of acceptance of the Prize.
3. The prize will be delivered to the winner, by us or by a third-party collaborator, within a maximum period of sixty (60) days after being informed of their status as winner and having provided all the necessary information for delivery.
4. Once the Prize has been sent, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable regulations, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to causes beyond our control and we will not be liable in any way for the possible loss or damage of the Prize, or for the malfunctioning, if any, of the courier or delivery service.
5. If a winning participant renounces the Prize obtained, does not comply with the Legal Terms and Conditions, does not provide the requested documentation or information, or cannot be contacted, we may automatically reject their participation, without the need to notify them, and we may declare the Prize void. Alternatively, we reserve the right to select a new winner following the same selection process. In this case, we will proceed to contact (where applicable) the first substitute or reserve participant following the same communication procedure described above, and so on until all substitute participants have been exhausted. If neither the winners nor the substitute winners comply with the Legal Terms and Conditions or accept the Prize, we reserve the right to declare the Prize void.
6. The name or profile name of the final winner will be published on the channels through which the Campaign is managed or communicated.
Image and intellectual property rights:
1. Participants grant LALIGA a free, exclusive licence for all exploitation rights – including, but not limited to, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation – that may correspond to them over the content that, where applicable, is submitted to participate in the Campaign, as well as the rights over their image – including their name and nickname – so that LALIGA may communicate their participation in the Campaign in any form, format, medium and/or support known or that may become known in the future (including, but not limited to, audiovisual, print, audio and/or digital media, digital repositories, social networks, computer applications and/or databases). Likewise, the winners will collaborate in promotional activities related to the Campaign and authorise the capture and use of their image, name and voice during the enjoyment of the Prize in any commercial operation.
2. This licence is granted worldwide, for the maximum term of protection of the rights in accordance with applicable law and with the power to assign it to third parties (in whole or in part, exclusively or otherwise, free of charge or for a fee), without any right to compensation or remuneration from LALIGA.
3. We shall not be liable for any breach of any rule or any infringement of third-party rights by participants during their participation in the Campaign, and participants shall be responsible for holding LALIGA harmless in such cases.
4. If your participation consists of an image or video featuring identifiable third parties, you must be able to prove that you have their express prior consent for us to process their image and exploit it in accordance with the licence described above. In addition, in cases where minors appear, you must provide written authorisation from their parents or legal guardians. Any person accompanying the winner during the enjoyment of the Prize (where applicable) must also authorise the use of their image within the scope described herein.
Tax obligations :
1. The prizes are subject to current tax legislation, and the winner must assume, in the event of accepting the Prize, the corresponding tax obligations in relation to obtaining the Prize.
2. If the winner is a resident of Spain and the value of the Prize awarded for withholding purposes exceeds three hundred euros (€300), LALIGA shall be responsible for paying the corresponding withholding tax at the rates in force on the date of accrual of the transaction. The payment on account will not be passed on to the winners, but will be assumed by LALIGA, meaning that said payment will increase the value of the prize in kind received by the winners.
3. If the winner is not a resident of Spain, their place of tax residence will be taken into account to determine the tax treatment of the Prize, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation in force. For these purposes, and where applicable, the winner must provide a certificate of tax residence for the purposes of the double taxation agreement signed between Spain and the winner's country of residence.
4. Likewise, and where applicable, LALIGA will send the winner, in accordance with the regulations set out above, the corresponding certificate of withholdings and payments on account.

Processing of personal data: The personal data of participants in the Campaign will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy accessible through the media in which the Campaign is communicated, said privacy policy being a document independent from these Legal Terms and Conditions.
Responsibility:
1. Without limiting the rights of participants as consumers: (i) Participants exempt us, our collaborators and subcontractors from any liability for damages of any kind in relation to the Campaign and during the enjoyment of the Prize, within the limits established in the applicable regulations. (ii) LALIGA is not responsible for any losses, damage, delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect electronic mailings or communications relating to the Campaign.
2. LALIGA nor ACTIVA GROUP shall not be liable in the event of cancellation of the Campaign or inability to enjoy the Prize in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, or for reasons beyond its control or outside the control of LALIGA and ACTIVA GROUP (e.g. prizes consisting of travel, cancellation of flights or events, lack of valid personal documentation for travel, etc.).
3. The participant acknowledges that the Campaign may be promoted through LALIGA's social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.). However, the Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by social media platforms. The user is completely disassociated from social media and is aware that by participating in the Campaign, they are providing their personal information and data to LALIGA.
4. LALIGA disclaims any liability in relation to any opinions or statements made by third parties and/or the media (without any involvement by LALIGA) in relation to the participants and/or winners of the Campaign.
Modifications:
1. We reserve the right to extend, postpone, modify or suspend the Campaign if circumstances beyond our control or causes not attributable to us so warrant, endeavouring as far as possible to ensure that such modifications do not adversely affect participants. We will inform you of this circumstance and of any changes or new dates as soon as possible, with participants having no right to receive or claim any compensation.
2. LALIGA is authorised, at its discretion, to resolve any contingency not provided for in the Legal Terms and Conditions, based on the spirit and purpose thereof, and we may take the necessary decisions to resolve any incidents or unforeseen events that may arise during the course of the Campaign, provided that these do not unduly prejudice the participants and are fair.
Applicable law and competent courts:
1. The Campaign is governed by Spanish law.
2. In cases where the regulations provide for the possibility of the parties submitting to a jurisdiction, LALIGA, ACTIVA GROUP and the participant in the Campaign, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to submit any disputes and/or litigation arising from or related to the Campaign and these Legal Terms and Conditions to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
3. Nothing in these Legal Terms and Conditions shall exclude, limit or restrict the rights of the participant under the applicable mandatory consumer regulations.
4. LALIGA reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign any participants chosen as winners when the legislation applicable to the territory in which they reside establishes limitations that are incompatible with the delivery of the Prize, informing the winner as soon as possible once this circumstance becomes known.

Legal Terms and Conditions:

1. These Terms and Conditions will be accessible through the media in which we communicate the Campaign; they may be consulted and downloaded by participants at the link indicated in the Specific Conditions throughout the Campaign period. LALIGA will also keep a copy of the text and make it available to you upon request.
2. All clauses in the Legal Terms and Conditions must be interpreted autonomously and independently. If one of them is declared null and void by a final court ruling, this will not affect the others, and we will replace it with another that has the same effect.
3. In the event of any contradiction between the Specific Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Legal information and terms of the service provider

General Conditions of the service provider (hereinafter the provider), owned by The Cool Tabs SL, established in C/ Fernando Poo, 23 Local 2. 28045 Madrid, with Tax Identification Code number ESB86306719, registered in Madrid. These conditions are intended to regulate access, registration, navigation and / or use of services, which should be read carefully.

The promotion administrator (the administrator of the facebook page where the contest is made or the brand or company detailed in the campaign terms, hereinafter the administrator) will be solely responsible for the selection of the winner or winners of the contest. The provider is not involved in this process or provide any tools or support it.

The adminstrator is the solely responsible of any personal data store in the campaign and is the unique data controller and the unique who can stablish the purpose of use those data. The provider of the promotion, acting as the data processor, will access the data in order to provide the service, but does not use any data that you provide when you use the promotion app, both data provided directly to us and data assigned by Facebook (or any other social network) when installing the application. These data will be transferred to the administrator of the promotion, which is responsible for the management and treatment of these data. All personal data that users provide, will be kept and stored by the provider during the validity period of the contest or contract.

Final users should contact directly to the controller whenever they need to exercise their rights of access, modify, export, portability and remove their data.

Throughout, the data collected by our applications are specified when installing the application in facebook dialog box. These data can be (depending on the application or the action carried out):

Bacic Information: Username and Facebook ID (both public data on facebook)
Email: will be given to the promotion manager and won´t be used by the service provider to make any commercial use of it.
User Likes: only used for verification of whether the user is fan or not of the page if the promotion manager sets this as a condition when participating in the promotion.

Promotion adminstrator is responsible of any other personal data or not, provided using any of our applications. Promotion administrator should indicate the use to be undertaken of all data collected under the customize terms & conditions of each promotion, which should always be accepted along with these terms of service.

The service provider is not responsible for any prizes or terms offered to the winners of the promotions made in our platform.

The service provider has a number of tools for the manual or random selection of winners and alternates. The administrator of the promotions can make use of them to select the winner/s and/or alternates of the promotion. The service provider is not responsible in any case of this process.

The service provider reserves the right to suspend, remove or cancel any promotion prior electronic communication to the promotion administrator.

Privacy policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") is to govern the actions of processing personal data performed by LaLiga Group International, S.L. (hereinafter, "LALIGA") for the landing platform (hereinafter, the "Platform").

Where do we obtain your personal data from?

LALIGA will process the data which you have provided on the registration form (name, and contact email as mandatory data and your phone number as optional data) and other data inferred from your use and activity on the Platform (prospect user ID; device ID; operating system; device model and telemetry, for example, when you click on particular content or how long you stay on the asset are also logged).

Why do we process your personal data?

Main purposes:

Participation in the contest: we inform you that your personal data (name and email address) will be processed by LALIGA in order to manage your participation in the contest. For these purposes, the ranking results will be published showing your personal data.

The legal basis for the aforementioned purpose is that the processing is necessary in order to comply with the contest’s legal terms by virtue of the provisions of art. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We inform you that your name, and contact email are necessary data to be able to fulfil this purpose. If you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to allow you to participate in the event. Additionally, if you are selected as a winner, LALIGA will send you personal information to Activa Group, in order to send you the prize, by virtue of the provisions of art. 6.1 b) of the GDPR as it is necessary for the processing of the prize.

How long will we keep your personal data for?

The personal data which we process will be stored for such time that the purposes which motivated their collection persist and/or you do not exercise your rights of erasure, objection or restriction of processing.

Once the aforementioned period of time elapses, LALIGA will keep your personal data, duly blocked for the sole purpose of addressing any kinds of responsibilities that could arise.

Said personal data will be deleted when such period of time expires.

To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

LALIGA will communicate your data to Activa Group in order they can send you the prize if you win the contest.

The legal basis for the communication of your data to BITGET is the execution of the legal basis, as it is mandatory in order to send you the prize, under the provisions of art. 6.1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Likewise, LALIGA may provide personal data and any other user information when required to do so by public authorities exercising responsibilities that have been lawfully granted to them and in accordance with applicable regulations.

What are your rights when you provide us your personal data?

We hereby inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, right to not be subject to an automated decision, portability and restriction of processing, at any time.

Right of portability: if the Platform allows for it, you can exercise the right of portability of your data, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable manner, and to transfer the data to another data controller.
